Embrace the outdoors on the trellised veranda perfect for outside seating and/or dining. A waterfountain surrounded by lush ivy provides another wonderful photo opportunity. If you choose to decorate the trellis, electrical outlets are in the rafters, eliminating the need for unsightly extension chords.
The commercial kitchen is every caterers' dream. Equipped with a commercial dishwasher, icemaker, coolers, oven, stove, heating racks, sinks and more. Easy "behind the scene" access to the service entrance, the upstairs and each ballroom from the service hallways, makes entertaining at 108 Budleigh so convenient. Select the caterer of your choice - so you can have the wedding of your dreams. We do require that your caterer by licensed and are happy to help you find the perfect one for your event.
We provide 25 (4 foot) round banquet tables, 2 (8 foot) buffet tables, a cake table and 150 gold ballroom chiavari chairs. Sound system ad speakers throughout the building are just some of what we include with the use of our facility.
It is yours for the entire day (9:00 am until midnight.)

Upstairs is the second bar, featuring a copper top that was salvaged from the Carolinian Hotel. The bar opens to an L shaped room that overlooks the first ballroom creating the perfect place for a cocktail hour or dining.
A side room with plush seating has a big flat screen television with a DVD player and cable for your viewing pleasure. A perfect getaway room for peace and privacy or it can become a great spot for the little ones and a babysitter, this room opens to an outside balcony above the streets of Manteo (another great photo opportunity.)
Double wood paneled doors open to another room. Some brides choose to dress for their big day in this room. An antique mirror offers the perfect reflection of you and is lovely in photographs.

As you enter the first Ballroom, you will see our beautiful staircase, flanked by large stained glass windows and encased with curved wrought iron railing. This creates the perfect backdrop for showcasing your cake, performing the wedding ceremony or tossing your bouquet. This room features two handsome columns and a spacious area for dining or dancing. Two marble top buffets with matching carved mirrors frame one wall, a mahogany mantle is centered on another wall, and the next wall is an opening into the Grand Ballroom.
The Grand ballroom.... A large open floorplan allows for the flexibility for which 108 Budleigh is known. A perfect place for ceremony chairs, dining tables and/or a dance area (no need to rent a dance floor, Budleighs' floors are made for dancing.) Natural sunlight spills in through two sets of french doors that open onto a trellised veranda. Your bartender will enjoy the convenience of the downstairs bar which is complete with a three compartment sink, beautiful antique shelving and more. Next to the bar you will find a brick fireplace.

Adjacent to the two ballrooms and down a hall are separate restrooms for ladies and gentlemen. There are sets on each floor, with one located directly above the other. Even our restrooms are designed with great attention to detail...
